- Abstract
The article discusses a study which investigated the association between lepromatous leprosy (LL) and 3' UTR 1188 A/C polymorphism in Sinaloa, Mexico. The study subjected 140 healthy blood donors (HBD) and 66 LL patients in Sinaloa. Results revealed no association between the genotype frequency and allele of the selected interleukin (IL)-12 polymorphism and LL.
