- Abstract
The article offers information on the assessment of balloon occlusion pulmonary wedge angiography and lung biopsy in the child with a congenital cardiac defect. It notes that ideal location for biopsy tissue is from the right upper lobe of the lung. It also provides a semi-quantitative assessment of pulmonary venous return and allows identification of segmental and subsegmental pulmonary arterial branch stenoses.
