- Abstract
The article focuses on the three vital issues of incorporation of the second amendment, federal government, and separation of powers encountered by the October 2009 term of the Supreme Court in the U.S. It addresses the issue on Bill of Rights and the Constitution's restriction on the power of state and local governments to forbid handguns possession. It provides an explanation on the cases of McDonald v. City of Chicago, District of Columbia v. Heller, and Saenz v. Roe.
