- Abstract
The article presents insights on the analysis of multilevel cervical myelopathy due to multilevel cervical spondylosis (CSM) or ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL). Topics covered include the incidence of postoperative dysphagia after anterior cervical spine surgery, the development of postoperative C5 radiculopathy in some of the patients and the incidence of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak.
