- Abstract
The article presents the results of the study on the effect of feedback and probability of group success on the individual and group performance. The results show that the performance of individuals improve when they work on a group task and that the most certain improvement occurs when the information about the function of all team members is made available. When the information about the team's performance alone is given, only a slight development occurs. It is stated that the difficulty of the group's task led to the betterments of both the individual and group performance. The study found out that the individuals executing at the high paces are more sensitive to feedback rather than the difficulty of the task.
