- Abstract
The aim of this paper is to discuss public policies and tutoring as a way of making the right to education a reality. It sought to analyze the relationship between public policies and the right to personality and how education is made effective through these actions, considering school reinforcement as an important instrument for learning recovery and improving the quality of education. We also sought to understand the configuration and applicability of the National Policy for Learning Recovery in Basic Education, known as Recupera Mais Brasil (Recover More Brazil), drawn up in two thousand and twenty-two, to establish actions by the government to recover education, highlighting public policies as a necessary tool for educational development, which, and analyze tutoring as an important tool for supporting students, through which we can ensure the protection of educational rights, the consolidation of personality rights and social development, so that everyone can have the same guarantees and access to a quality education.
