The article focuses on the connection between trauma and resilience. According studies, monkeys and rodents become more resilient if they goes through isolated stress events. Meanwhile, it mentions that neuropeptide Y (NPY) is the most discoursed biological marker of resilience, which is a hormone released during stress.
