- Abstract
The article presents a research paper which examines the sulfuryl flouride (SF) and methyl bromide (MB) residues in 23 manufacturer-packaged household foods after fumigation. The study replicates the samples of every fortification in four times, and corrects residue values through percentage of recoveries. Results show that residues from sample food exposed to MB were consistently higher than to those exposed to SF.
