- Abstract
The article presents the authors' views on the law schools and the need of proper teaching of the U.S. Constitution to the law students. He further discusses the comparative study of the national and state constitutions, presidential system and re-election campaigns. He also discusses the need of reconstruction or amendments of the defective constitution, equal representation of Senates and the House of Representatives.
