- Abstract
The article describes a case of persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC) draining into left atrium, unroofed coronary sinus, and coronary sinus atrial septal defect as rare cause for severe right heart dilatation in a 44-year-old female patient with dyspnoea. Topics include the use of cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR), cine sequences, and the pivotal role of multimodal imaging in congenital heart disease.
