- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 43-year-old woman who was referred under the condition of persistent tachyarrhythmias. The echocardiographic findings were confirmed by cardiac computed tomography with contrast. It illustrates a rare complication related to trans-septal puncture and emphasizes the significant anatomical structures immediate with the interatrial septum.
