- Abstract
The article presents an abstract of the study "Novel Characteristics of Glutamate Induced Cell Death in Primary Septo-Hippocampal Cultures: Relationship to Calpain and Caspase-3 Activation," which will be presented at the 30th annual meeting of the American Society for Neurochemistry, to be held from March 14-17, 1999 in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was observed that glutamate does not produce phenotypic profiles characteristic of necrotic or apoptotic cell death.
