- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 12-month-old male child with Jarcho-Levin syndrome who was taken to the hospital because of left inguinal hernia. He was diagnosis with the presence of protuberant abdomen at birth, cyanosis on crying, chest infections and abnormal position of lower limbs. He was given herniotomy and general anaesthesia. He was kept on mechanical ventilation due to kyphoscoliosis and decreased chest infection.
