- Abstract
In light of the overexpression of STK3 in GC patients, we finally investigated the clinical associations of STK3 in GC by TCGA cohort ( I n i = 375) and our in-house Hong Kong cohort ( I n i = 263). 2 STK3 promotes GC by activating the Ras-MAPK signaling pathway (*, P < 0.05; **, P < 0.01; ***, P < 0.001). a The heatmap of STK family members in nine GC cell lines.
