- Abstract
Adding Bacillus subtilis var. natto, N21; N12 (N21; N12), B. subtilis (BS2), Aspergillus niger (zA.N), and A. oryzae (AO) soybean meal fermentation product in broiler feed, which compare growth performance and economic profit of broiler. 280 of 0-day-old ROSS 308 broilers randomly allocated into control, 0.05% CU300 (positive control), 0.3% AO, AN, N21, N12 and BS2 soybean meal fermentation product based on equal number of sex with 4 replicates in 21 days experiment. Result shows that AN had higher weight gain than control (P < 0.05); CU300, AN, and N12 had higher feed intake than control (P < 0.05), N12 and BS2 had higher feed conversion rate than control (P < 0.05); N12 had higher production efficiency factor than control; N12, N21, AN, and CU300 increase 6.9, 6.0, 5.5, and 4.4% profit. In conclusion, adding 0.3% AN, N12, and N21 probiotic fermentation product improve growth performance and economic profit.
