- Abstract
Younger patients < 3.6 years of age at HCT had 100% OS compared to patients who were >= 3.6 years of age (64%, 95% CI, 30-84%) I p i = 0.02. This patient had stable 7% T-lymphocyte donor chimerism (Table S4) and 6% CD40 ligand expression, but he remained well at 21 years post-HCT and 26 years of age taking penicillin prophylaxis, without any significant infection and free from immunoglobulin replacement. Four patients transplanted before 2007 had evidence of cryptosporidiosis or liver disease, whereas only 2 patients transplanted after 2007 had similar features.
