- Abstract
Focuses on the use of a combination of fludarabine (FDR), high dose cytarabine and granulocyte colony stimulating factor (FLAG) with or without idarubicin (Ida) in the treatment of risk acute leukemia or myelodysplatic syndrome. Lack of statistical difference observed between FLAG and FLAG-Ida; Survival of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant; Median time to neutrophil and platelet recovery.
