- Abstract
The article reports on the inraoral localization of microorganisms. A study was conducted to find a method for detecting the exact location of mouth microorganisms in order to determine their role in dental caries. Participants had irreversible hydrocolloid full mouth impressions made and agar medium was poured into them. The agar medium models were then subject to the selective media brom-cresol green which isolated lactobacillus and dextrose broth with penicillin for oral yeasts.
