- Abstract
The article discusses the rules for organizing a virtual conference. It is considered that organizers of the event should agree on a conference schedule that will be suitable for the time zones of all participating groups. The available resources for the conference should be tested. It is also deemed important for information technology (IT) personnel in an organization to allocate sufficient bandwidth to the virtual conference.
