- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 63-year-old male patient with a history of hospital admission because of oscillopsia, diplopia, ataxic gait, vertigo and memory loss with cervical mass, which are consistent with the diagnosis of paraneoplastic opsoclonus and cerebellar ataxia. The diagnosis was confirmed after performing brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), cerebrospinal fluid analysis and cervical-thoracic computed tomography (CT) scan. The patient was given intravenous immunoglobulins.
