- Abstract
The article describes a case of paraarticular osteochondroma of a cervico-thoracic facet joint presenting as myelopathy in a 69-year-old man. The patient reported paresthesia and muscle weakness in both lower extremities upon presentation. His radiographic examination revealed spondylotic changes in cervical spine and intraspinal mass lesion. Results of his histopathology are also detailed.
