This document is a correction notice for an article titled "Theophylline controllable RNAi-based genetic switches regulate expression of lncRNA TINCR and malignant phenotypes in bladder cancer cells" published in Scientific Reports. The correction addresses errors in Figure 6 of the article, specifically in the grouping of data points within the '5637 ON-NC' subgroup. The corrected figure and accompanying legend are provided. The article discusses the effects of the ON device on the proliferation and apoptosis of bladder cancer cells in vitro, demonstrating that the ON device can activate the inhibition of cell proliferation and promote apoptosis when the lncRNA TINCR is silenced.
