- Abstract
A compact broadband quasi-planar rectangular ring-cavity (RRC) power divider is presented. To realise the broadband impedance matching, the novel inserted ground waveguide probe structure is used. The equivalent circuit is given. The presented RRC power divider has been designed, fabricated and measured. The measured 15 dB return loss bandwidth is about 7.5 GHz (from 6.6 to 14.2 GHz). The measured results show reasonable agreement with the simulated one.
