- Abstract
Shape information of blast furnaces burden surface plays an important reference role in adjusting burden distribution operation. Aiming at the problem that the current industrial endoscope has a small view field coverage for imaging blast furnaces burden surface, a new view field coverage enhancement method is proposed. First, the sensing model of the industrial endoscope based on the coordinate system transformation is established to quantitatively describe the relationship between the parameters of the industrial endoscope and the sensing area. Then, based on the sensing model, a calculation method for the area of the burden surface imaged area is proposed, and a view field coverage enhancement strategy by adjusting the sensing direction of the industrial endoscope based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to obtain the largest area of burden surface area. Finally, the experimental and application results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the covered burden surface area, and has a good application value.
