- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of teaching and learning strategies in the training education programs of athletics by the use of Teaching Perspectives Inventory, a short questionnaire. The communication between educators and students can be made more effective by learning about the beliefs and intentions of an educator. Small-group activities, individual teaching and large-group exercises can be performed by the instructors in order to enable the students to learn well.
