- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the predictors of timely follow-up among a cohort of women with cervical and breast cancer abnormalities seeking care at community health centers. Subjects of the study include adult women with cancer abnormalities detected by Pap test screening or mammogram between January 1,2004 and December 30, 2005. Results of the study show that compared with Pap test abnormalities, the overall median time to resolution was shorter for mammogram abnormalities.
