- Abstract
The important role that sustainability is taking it on business decisions, awareness, social responsibility and sensitivity, coupled with the increase ecoconsumption, polling in export oriented manufacturing enterprises of the state of Hidalgo on care initiatives to move towards environmental, green, sustainable or ecomarketing from the perceptions of senior management and operational. Variables derived questioned management of environmental risks and thus creating value for consumers and society. The quantitative, exploratory research area and probabilistic assessments, decision-making based on two constructs: atmosphere and value for the brand, Chi2 significance in hypothesis testing and contingency tables. Perceptions between managers and operational diverge in installation, and use of environmentally friendly materials. Generally speaking, 20% say make environmental management, 45% tries and 35% is not a priority; and 35, 35 and 35% in the respective value terms.
