- Abstract
The article presents a case of a 60-year-old man who had an abnormality in the body of the stomach on barium meal radiographs. To diagnose, the patient undergone a series of clinical examinations, such upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound. His provisional diagnosis revealed that he had an intramucosal cancer of the stomach, thus he was treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection.
