- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 78-year-old female with a relapsed multiple myeloma and was admitted for fever and neutropenia following a chemotherapy. Histopathologic results show a paucicellular dermal and subcutaneous infiltrate of histiocytes and lymphocytes, while bacterial and fungal tissue cultures from bone marrow, blood, and skin were negative.
