- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 3-day-old female infant who was admitted to a hospital with severe jaundice. The infant was born to a 28-year-old mother through caesarean section at 39 weeks and her bilirubin measurement was 27.6 mg/dL. The patient was twice treated with intensive phototherapy and did not show signs of anemia during follow-up.
