- Authors

- Abstract
The article focuses on a project that aims to develop single composites based on polypropylene (PP) as an alternative and a complement to the fiber reinforced materials that are utilized to solve the growing problems of disposing and re-using composites made up of multiple materials. It cites the need to produce a high-tensile and high strength modulus PP fiber with little shrinkage which was achieved by radical grafting of vinyl alkoxide silanes. Also mentioned are the two methods which were tested for the silane grafting.
