- Abstract
The article reports on a study related to eczema which is caused due to complex gene-environmental interactions. It informs that the gene encoding filaggrin (FLG) on the chromosome number 1q21 has been reported as the most consistent replicated one in the Caucasian children. It further informs that 10 FLG mutations were reported in the study which were previously unreported.
