- Abstract
The article discusses the mice skin hair patterning in relation to Celsr1 gene. It describes the leading concern on skin hair which develops in a highly coordinated manner, and a complex genetic program that controls their size, texture, density, and patterns. With regards to their physical features, hairs are spread out in macroscopic patterns. Moreover, it examines Celsr1 gene, a seven-pass cadherin that is homologous to the Drosophila planar cell polarity.
