- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 25-year-old pregnant woman whose medical ultrasound (USG) has showed a multiple congenital malformations of the baby and suspicion of club foot with duodenal atresia. Topics discussed include the diagnosis of Roberts syndrome (RBS) in the infant, the methods for RBS treatment such as cleft lip or palate surgery and speech assessment, and the prevalence of RBS due to establishment of cohesion 1 homolog 2 (ESCO2) gene.
