- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 63-year-old woman who was suspected of experiencing an acute stroke. The patient's medical history includes sickle cell anemia, hypertension, gout, pancreatitis and congestive heart failure. Results of her physical examination and auscultation showed fogging of the endotracheal tube (ETT). She had a difficult laryngeal view which requires emergency airway and bedside ultrasound conducted during ETT insertion.
