- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old man with a history of trauma and multiple draining sinuses for 2 years. The patient then went histopathological examination which shows granulomas along with an infiltrate of lymphocytes and diagnosed with mycobacterium marinum infection. The patient was submitted for in vitro and in vivo antibiotics as therapy for these infections.
