- Abstract
The article presents an overview of the study "Weight training: A tool for the improvement of self and body concepts of males," by L. A. Tucker. The study investigates the ability of a systematic training program to create an effect on the self-concept of males. Tucker concludes that regular weight training can significantly improve the self-concepts and body concepts of college males.
