It states that Rogers was found not criminally responsible of murder on account of mental disorder, and was acquitted and disposed of pursuant to the Criminal Code, and mentions pertinence of the Canadian ‘Not Criminally Responsible on Account of Mental Disorder' (NCRMD) act.
