- Abstract
The article discusses the court case Director of Public Prosecutions versus Saddington wherein the defendant was seen driving an unregistered motorized scooter known as Go-ped while disqualified for holding or obtaining a license. Sections 185(1) and 87(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 are provided. The British Queen's Bench Divisional Court had allowed the appeal made by the prosecution against the defendant.
