- Abstract
A case study of 29-year-old man who gone through open-heart surgery for primum atrial septal defect and mitral regurgitation after mitral valvuloplasty with the history of severe headache and diplopia. It focuses on the presence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and cryptococcal yeasts. It states that the patient was prescribed with fluconazol in the maintenance therapy.
