- Abstract
This article discusses cases of Salmonella enterica serotype Newport infection reported to the Utah Department of Health (UDOH) from April to June 2010. It highlights ten cases of the infection from patients who consumed unpasteurized milk purchased from stores in the state. The article reports that the dairy from which the milk originated was allowed to resume sales of unpasteurized milk following coliform tests.
