- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 19-year-old aesthetic male with herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection on the upper and lower lips. Topics include rose hydrolat being chosen showing the epithelializing effect on the skin; and use of an essential oil not seem to be appropriate as the infection being in the area of transition between the epithelium and the mucosal epithelium.
