HACIA LA CONTRASTIVIDAD LINGÜÍSTICA.
- Authors
Pérez, Felipe Moreno
- Abstract
This brief presentation, which reflects the results of a theoretical and methodological interest in the diversity of languages, suggests one approach to the design of a linguistic working methodology, centred chiefly on the use of practical workshops in the area of Linguistics. It offers a number of starting points for approaching linguistic contrastivity on the basis of relevant theoretical principles such as the Chomskyan paradigm of the parameter and Joseph Greenberg's typological postulates. Thus, the article engages with the debate about the principles underlying the universal mechanics of languages and the ideas about the "universal menu" proposed for these by Mark Baker .
