- Abstract
The article focuses on the use of gender-neutral language in midwifery. Topics discussed include use of gender-specific term in midwifery education for elemibnating gender difference; types of care for individuals provided by midwives such as perinatal care and gender-affirming hormone therapy; and avoiding dehumanizing words and phrases in the same.
