- Abstract
We present partial reflections of the Doctoral Thesis project in Education linked to the Postgraduate Program in the central west region of the country, in the line of research School organization, training and pedagogical practices. It composes meanings constructed from the formative and work experiences of the first author with the Intercultural Indigenous Faculty, as well as reflections emerging from the Group of Studies and Research in Policy and Teacher Training (GEPForDoc). The text is organized in three moments: we approach the bibliographic research on university teaching and the professional development of teachers in the intercultural context, then the debate on teaching, the creation of the indigenous 3rd degree and FAINDI/UNEMAT and finally we present the reports of teaching experiences with the Intercultural Pedagogy course anchored in an autobiographical narrative-writing approaching Clandinin and Connelly's Narrative Research (2015).
