- Abstract
The Doppler parameters explored were: UA PI, MCA PI, UtA PI and CPR. There was no difference in either mean UA PI, MCA PI, CPR and uterine artery PI between pregnancies complicated compared to those not complicated by composite perinatal morbidity. In pregnancies complicated by adverse intrapartum outcome, mean MCA PI was lower compared to control, while there was no difference in either UA PI, CPR, uterine artery PI, EFW and AC centiles between the two study groups.
