- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 5-year-old boy who was rushed to a pediatric nephrology clinic due to insufficient weight gain, bony deformities, nocturnia, excessive thirst and polyuria. He is experiencing bedwetting in the past month. He was found to have metabolic alkalosis and hypokalaemia. He was diagnosed with polyuria and was supplemented with neutral phosphate and potassium chloride along with hydrochlorothiazide therapy.
