- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old boy who underwent renal transplantations and was referred for further pulmonary hypertension (PH) assessment. It states that the patient was diagnosed with congenital nephrotic syndrome with diffuse mesangial sclerosis when he was 13 months old. The patient has also underwent several medical procedures as his condition quickly progressed to end-stage-renal disease (ESRD) including bilateral nephrectomy, hemodialysis and heart catheterization.
