The presence of LPP, non-scarring alopecia on the sternum, and keratotic papules on the arms were suggestive of GLPLS. Dear Editor, Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lassueur syndrome (GLPLS) is a rare manifestation characterized by the triad of lichen planopilaris (LPP) of the scalp, non-scarring alopecia involving axillae, pubis, or groin, and keratotic papules usually affecting arms or trunk.
