- Abstract
Case study is presented of a 50 year old man presented with the history of ischemic heart disease, diabetes mellitus type II, and pancreatitis developed skin changes in areas of recent cat scratches. Yellow papules arose in insulin injection sites; physical examination showed multiple small yellow papules in a linear configuration; and further biopsy showed dermal aggregate of xanthomatized histiocytes. He was diagnosed with eruptive xanthomatosis using koebnerization.
